Step 1: Hold down the Windows Key and Press R (Windows Key+'R') on your keyboard.
Step 2: The run dialog box will open.(as below).
Step 3: Enter the command "dxdiag" in the dialog and press enter.
Step 4: Click on the "Display tab" of the dialog that opens to find graphics card information.
